Fundraising and Sponsorship Manager
(Part-Time – 18 hours per week)
 

ACR is seeking an enthusiastic, strategic, and results-driven Fundraising and Sponsorship Manager to lead and grow our income generation activities. This vital role will focus on securing revenue through sponsorship's, advertising, grant funding, and donations to ensure the long-term sustainability of our community-led radio station.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships, and develop innovative funding strategies that will sustain and grow the station’s impact.

ACR empowers underrepresented voices through inclusive broadcasting and culturally rich programming. As our Fundraising and Sponsorship Manager, your work will directly support our impact across media, wellbeing, cultural heritage, and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic fundraising and sponsorship plan

• Identify, approach, and secure new sponsorship opportunities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors and partners

• Research and apply for relevant grants and funding opportunities

• Develop advertising and donor income streams

• Monitor and report on income targets and outcomes

About You:

• Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship, or income generation

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Passion for community media and social impact
